VAT and Custom Fees

VAT and Custom fees: We do not add or charge you any VAT or custom fees. We enclose all the necessary documents with the juicer. We have a custom authorization for EU which we include with the shipping of the juicer and declares that except were otherwise indicated these products are of preferential origin. Therefore, most of the time and to most countries, our customers do not need to pay any VAT or custom fee. However, it is all up to custom on that particular day. Therefore, you may or may not have to pay VAT or custom fee whether you live in the EU, UK, or other countries and everyone's payment would differ. Therefore, with all that we do to offer it at a low price and not charge you any shipping, if you have to pay any VAT or custom fee, it is beyond your control and ours. In today economy, struggling governments may demand VAT, custom fee and more at any moment notice. In fact, that should be another reason for anyone to own a juicer while currencies have not depreciated more that forces us to increase our prices. We hope that the health benefit the Angel Juicer may offer you and your family would offset its cost and any VAT or custom one may have to pay. We are confident the nutrition extracted from the food that otherwise could be wasted or more food would be needed to produce an equal amount of nutrition if another brand is used over-time would pay for itself.

Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Return: Customer must contact us within 30-days from purchase -except as noted bellow- to get Return Authorization Number.

2. Refund: As soon as we receive the returned product, we will refund you 70% the actual product price minus the Shipping and handling charges and the customer pays for the return mailing and packaging charges. Please, note the Shipping and handling is not refundable unless an error on our behalf as shipping the wrong merchandise. While we believe strongly in customer satisfaction, we realize that a return carry cost on our customers such as the Shipping, handling and the cost to return the item to us. Therefore, please if you are not sure of any of our products to be what you are looking for, then email us before you purchase and we would be glad to assist you.

3. Damage: In case of damages, Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for merchandise shipped by a common carrier.

4. Exceptions: Some items maybe subject to an additional return policy as noted on the particular item.

5. Warranty: Angelia Juicer carries a 10 years warranty on the engine when it is used only for household use and followed the recommendations handling as specified in the juicer instruction manual. You pay the shipping to us and we will repair or replace (as we decide suitable) and ship your juicer back to you at our expense, if the needed repair is under the warranty. Otherwise, The customer should pay for any damages to the juicer that is caused by abuse of the juicer. Outside the warranty period, the repair and shipping coast is payable by the customer. Please, note that the Angelia juicer is made under strict quality in material and workmanship.  The warranty covers our customers and anyone purchase from our registered distributors and limited to the original owner without transferring of the warranty.

3. Payment: Return checks are subject to extra service charges by banks. Dishonored checks may be subject to penalty by laws and all other related collection cost, including attorney fees.

4. Warranty: If a product has a warranty, it should be posted beside its description. We also offer a refund policy unless otherwise stated, please see our refund policy  guidelines for detail.

5. Shipping: We do our best to process your order and ship within 48-72 hours. Once we ship, we will email you an online tracking. We ship by Express Mail Services. It usually arrive after 3 to 14 days to most destinations.

6. Out of Stock and Sold out: We try to daily to  update our stock data and add new ones. However, sometime an item you ordered is actually sold out already. If this occur to you, we will notify you as soon as possible and if we already processed your payment, we will refund you 100% the amount. Please, accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenient that may have caused you.

7. Dispute: In case of dispute, we will take every measure possible to protect the integrity of our trading platform services and to ensure the appropriate governing laws are obeyed by all parties. This includes termination of our services to any law-breaching parties.
